OUTLINE

This class is an amazing opportunity to make jewellery that you can take home and wear with pride. Throughout the course of the day, you will learn how to make a linking ring and a band ring. Designing and making each piece will allow you to develop a range of jewellery making skills that will give you an insight into the foundations of jewellery making.  This course is also a great environment to develop your creativity and do something fun with like-minded people.

YOU WILL LEARN

• soldering, shaping, cutting and texturing metal
• polishing and finishing

YOU WILL MAKE

• linking ring
• band ring

TOOLS

You will lean to use a piercing saw, soldering torch, mandrills, doming punches, files, metal and rawhide hammers and rolling mill.

SUITABLE FOR

Those with no previous experience and a great taster for those taking their first steps into a creative field.
